Help with the Arabian Saluki Registration app, the owner portal, and your saluki registrations. Whichever way you reach us, a real person at the Arabian Saluki Center answers.

From the app or the owner portal

The quickest route is Support inside the app, or Support in the owner portal on the web. A request opened there already carries your account and your salukis, so we can look into it without asking you to identify yourself first. You can attach a photo or a document, and you will see our replies in the same place.

By email

If you cannot sign in, or prefer email, write to competitions@efcuae.com. So that we can find your account, tell us the name, mobile number or email address you registered with, and the registration reference of the saluki concerned if your question is about one.

When we reply

Support requests are answered in the order they arrive, during working hours in the United Arab Emirates, Sunday to Thursday. If your question is about an event whose entries are closing, say so — those are dealt with first.

Two things owners ask most

My saluki cannot be entered in an event.

Each saluki needs its own photograph, a vaccination certificate, and a microchip number with a photograph of the passport page showing it. Open the saluki in the app to see exactly which of these is outstanding. Your own identity documents must also be on file before your account can be used.

I typed the microchip number wrongly.

A microchip number can only be changed by the Center once it has been saved, because it is what identifies the animal. Send us a support request with the correct number and a photograph of the passport page showing it, and we will correct the record.
