Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your Arabian Saluki Championship owner account — from the mobile app, from the owner portal, or by writing to us without signing in at all.

Delete from the app or portal

In the Arabian Saluki Registration app, go to Account → Delete my account. In the owner portal on the web, open your account settings and choose Delete my account. You will be asked to confirm with your password. Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.

Request deletion without signing in

If you can no longer sign in, or prefer not to, email competitions@efcuae.com from any address and ask for your account to be deleted. Include the name, mobile number or email address the account was registered with, so we can find it. We will verify the request with you and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in credentials, on every device.
• Your contact details: name, mobile number, email, emirate and city, and Emirates ID or nationality details where provided.
• Identity documents you uploaded, such as Emirates ID or passport scans.
• Your support conversations and their attachments, and your notification history and preferences.

What the studbook keeps

Registry records for salukis registered in your name — their registration, pedigree, photographs, DNA verification and competition results — form part of a permanent studbook and are retained, so that pedigrees and results remain verifiable for future generations. Your name is removed from these records and replaced with an anonymous marker. If you would rather a saluki stay with a named owner, transfer it to that owner before deleting your account.
